Warranty & Return
If you cancel your order the same working day and the goods have not been sent out then there is no charge, we just delete the order from our records.
If the goods have been sent out you can still cancel your order or exchange for no reasons and return the goods to us within 7 working days however you will be expected to pay the cost of postage and insurance.
Return and exchange for quality problem or misdescribed within 7 working days,
Please contact us if the item you received has any quality problem. such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email.you can send the items back after our customer service confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, if it has evident manufacturing defect, we will refund you the cost of postage and send you new one.
Goods Returned for refund will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Before you return the product contact us by email via the site email or chat online supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. Don't forget you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
1.We normally declare package with very Low Value or as GIFT for custom invoice for purpose to save extra taxes,if you have any special requirement about custom invoice value or other documentation please let us know before shipment out from here! If there are any import duties,taxes & charges of your country not included in the item price or shipping charges,these charges are the buyer’s responsibility so please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be!Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .
2.We will add notes to your order before package being returned, so please do not return the parcel before contacting us. Do pay attention you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and the 15% restocking fee,which will be deducted from your payment.
3. Please write down your order number and other important information we give at the form on a sale card then send them back together.
